How long have you been a home inspector?
We have been inspecting homes in Oklahoma since 2018. We just recently expanded into Arkansas.
How much experience do you have with the home building process?
We have experience in general contracting and in all areas of residential construction.
Will you be able to fit in my crawlspace?
We do our best to see every space as long as our safety is not at risk. (See photo for our smallest crawlspace entry to date).
How long does it take to receive the report?
We offer same day reporting!
Do I, as the buyer, need to be at the inspection?
We prefer our clients to be there, but it is not required.
